The Aptiv team continues to act with urgency to support the safety and well-being of our Ukrainian colleagues and their families. This page will be updated regularly to provide information on the company's actions and to share resources.
Aptiv’s Assistance Response
Aptiv’s dedicated team is monitoring the situation in Ukraine very closely, and we are doing all we can to help our employees and their families during this unprecedented event. We are also working around the clock to minimize disruption to our operations and deliver for our customers.
All employees in Ukraine, including those who have joined the military, continue to receive salary and benefits. Payment frequency has increased to support our employees during this unprecedented time.
For employees who have left or wish to leave the country, we are offering them positions in our other locations in the region. We are also offering jobs or support with employment search to the wives of our male employees who are unable to leave Ukraine. Aptiv is assisting employees with transportation and housing where possible.
Aptiv established dedicated phone lines to support employees and families in Ukraine, and our local teams are organizing donations of goods for employees who remain in Ukraine and for refugees.
The Aptiv Foundation and individual employees are donating funds to support Ukraine's relief efforts
through Global Giving, in addition to local fundraising
efforts.
