Help Bring Aptiv’s Smart Vehicle Architecture™ to Life
As part of our Software team, you’ll leverage Aptiv’s SVA™ approach to vehicle architecture, which provides the infrastructure necessary to use advanced software development techniques to create the next generation of feature-rich vehicles. You will have access to Aptiv’s tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment and see your updates rolled out wirelessly to vehicles on the road.
You’ll lead the way in:
Software and algorithms to enable the automated future.
Software for radars, lidars, cameras and multi-domain controllers.
Software that runs interior sensing platforms, 3D gesture control systems and infotainment systems.
Software that controls alarm systems, sensors and sound generators.

SOFTWARE ARCHITECT
SOFTWARE ENGINEERS (C, C++)
We offer positions at all levels based on your technical experience.
We are looking for:
- Students or specialists with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in electronics, computer science or a related field of study
- Knowledge of programming languages: C, C++ and Python
- Knowledge of electronics and electronic measurement
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Team-oriented approach
You have:
- Familiarity with programming microcontrollers, processors and supporting tools
- Knowledge of engineering tools that support the software production process, including makefiles and debuggers
- Experience using MATLAB® and Simulink

SOFTWARE SYSTEM TEST ENGINEERS

You Have:

- Experience in software and hardware engineering projects
- Knowledge of system and device testing tools and methods
- Experience in working directly with clients to define solutions
- Minimum of ITV-1 certificate, and ISTQB certificate for senior roles

SOFTWARE ARCHITECT
Lead software architecture planning, design and implementation within Aptiv’s Software team.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or greater in computer science or electrical engineering
- 8 years or more of software product development experience (object-oriented analysis preferred), including design and programming
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR standard
You have experience:
- Defining and implementing software architecture within product development
- Developing highly scalable, multi-threaded software for embedded systems
- Understanding functional safety (ISO 26262) concepts and their impact on software development
- With operating systems/RTOS (Linux, QNX / OSEK) or applicable automotive systems
- Applying strong analytical capabilities toward identifying and resolving engineering tradeoffs
