Help us build solutions that leverage a new approach to vehicle architecture and enable the transition to the software-defined vehicles of tomorrow. Aptiv’s Smart Vehicle Architecture™ addresses complexity by centralizing compute and streamlining the electrical/electronic architecture in the vehicle.
As part of our Systems and Product Management team, you will lead the way in:
Electronic systems that make driving decisions
Radars, lidars, cameras and multi-domain controllers
Connectors, power distribution systems and more
Next-generation wiring harnesses and vehicle architectures
Interior sensing platforms and infotainment systems
OTA systems, sensors, sound generators and more

SYSTEMS ENGINEERS
PROJECT MANAGERS
Systems Engineers
We offer positions from junior to senior levels according to your technical experience.
We are looking for:
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Specialists with master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science or a related field
- Hardware and/or software project experience
- Knowledge of electronics and electronic measurement
- Ability to organize and lead team activities
You have:
- Familiarity with microcontrollers and software programming
- Communication skills with companies, clients and colleagues
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Methodical approach to problem solving

Project Managers
We offer positions from junior to senior levels according to your technical experience.
We are looking for:
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Customer front-end and project management experience, with two to three successfully completed project cycles
- Winning attitude, strong customer focus and motivational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving matrix organization with a focus on achieving results
- Strong negotiation skills
- Robust finance knowledge
- Effective communication skills
- Capable coaching and mentoring skills
- Broad market, customer and enterprise knowledge
- Risk analysis and risk management knowledge
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
You have to be:
- Accountable and focused on achieving results, even under tough circumstances
