Recent college graduates
Leadership capability on campus or through work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English (written and verbal)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
Flexible, adaptable and willing to relocate
Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines
