Together, with our team of around 50 employees from four countries, we are actively shaping the future of mobility and making automated driving a reality.
Our manufacturing site in Braga has almost 60 years of history. Starting with radios and then car radios, televisions and hi-fi production, it is now totally dedicated to the automotive industry. With two buildings for production and around 900 employees, the Braga Manufacturing Site has the expertise and capacity to produce more than 5 million products annually for the major OEMs. In addition, Braga is now starting to produce active safety modules, which represent a huge step for the future of mobility: autonomous driving.
Our Lisbon Technical Center, also known as Lisbon MEC (Manufacturing Excellence Center), handles a wide array of functions that contribute to the development of new processes and designs supporting the sustainable growth of new technologies.

"I’ve been working at Aptiv for more than 10 years as a quality engineer, and I’ve learned and grown so much over the years. The Castelo Branco plant is betting on high-voltage harnesses production, and I’m glad that I belong to the team that is responsible for developing these new projects and that we are applying all of the problem-solving tools that I’ve had the chance to develop over time. All of my colleagues are very supportive. We work as one team, and we play to win."

"A lot could be said about Aptiv’s focus on creating a greener, safer and more connected world. Indeed, innovation is at the company’s core, but I would also like to emphasize the opportunities of growth inside Aptiv and the great work environment I’ve found here. From the first contact, I felt a connection with the management team, and I knew right then and there that I wanted to be part of this company. I feel valued by my manager and peers, and we are always sharing knowledge and growing together. This is the kind of environment that allows people to stay motivated and evolve as professionals. Also, we have the opportunity to witness the real-life impact of our work, which adds another layer of excitement."
Aptiv is a great place for people who want to have an impact on our world and mobility and, at the same time, value growing together with the company."
