Tax Leadership Development Program (TLDP)
Welcome to Aptiv's Tax Leadership Development Program – Shaping Tomorrow's Leaders Today
We’re looking for final-year students and recent graduates with a tax, accounting, finance, law or economics degree to join our unique program designed to develop strong tax leaders. Participants in Aptiv’s Tax Leadership Development Program (TLDP) rotate through three assignments, each lasting 12 months. Assignments will cover different areas of corporate tax functions, with at least one as an international assignment.

Who We Look For
- Recent graduates and final-year students majoring in tax, finance, accounting, economics or law
- Practical experience, such as an internship, in a broadly relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for and interest in corporate tax
- The ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
